MediLinkGlobal (M) Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related and associated companies (collectively, “MediLink-Global”) respect your privacy. This notice explains how personal data may be collected, used, disclosed, stored and protected in connection with the corporate website, enquiries, E-Market, customer service and related commercial transactions.
Healthcare claims platforms and services may be governed by separate customer contracts, member notices and operating procedures. Those specific notices apply in addition to this website notice where relevant.

Payment and financial data
The E-Market payment gateway is currently disabled. The website records order enquiries but does not request or process online payment credentials.
MediLink-Global should not request or store a customer’s full card number, card security code, online-banking password or one-time password. If a payment gateway is introduced later, this notice and the applicable checkout disclosures must be reviewed before activation.
Disclosure and international transfers
Personal data may be disclosed where necessary to MediLink-Global group entities; insurers, employers and authorised business partners; healthcare or service providers; financial institutions used for an approved offline payment; couriers and fulfilment providers; technology, security, communications, professional and outsourced service providers; regulators, authorities and law-enforcement agencies; and a potential successor to the business.
Some recipients or systems may be located outside Malaysia. Where a transfer occurs, MediLink-Global will apply the contractual, operational or legal safeguards required for the circumstances.
Security and retention
MediLink-Global uses reasonable administrative, physical and technical controls designed to protect personal data against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual and operational needs, dispute handling, security, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, after which it should be securely deleted or anonymised.
