By accessing the website or placing an E-Market order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
Using the website
- Use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content or misuse another person’s identity.
- Information supplied through an enquiry, account or order must be accurate and complete.
- Portal services may be subject to separate customer agreements, access rules and privacy notices.
Product and health information
Product descriptions, images, prices, availability and promotions may change and should be checked on the transactional E-Market before ordering. Reasonable efforts are made to present accurate information, but minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur.
Wellness and health information is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Follow the product label and manufacturer instructions, and consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order enquiry is a request for MediLink-Global to confirm stock, price, delivery and the final amount. The automated acknowledgement is not an acceptance of an order and does not require payment.
An order is accepted only when MediLink-Global contacts the customer and expressly confirms it. MediLink-Global may correct an obvious price or product error, request verification, limit quantities or decline a request that cannot be fulfilled.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are indicative until MediLink-Global confirms stock, delivery charges and the final amount. The payment gateway is currently disabled, and the website does not collect online payment.
MediLink-Global will advise the approved offline payment method when confirming an order. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords to MediLink-Global.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Physical-product fulfilment is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Return eligibility and approved refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Any approved refund will be handled according to the payment method agreed when the order was confirmed. Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and communications
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. When you contact MediLink-Global electronically, you consent to receiving order, service and legal communications electronically where permitted.
Intellectual property
Website text, software, design, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks and other materials are owned by or licensed to MediLink-Global unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
MediLink-Global names, logos, service marks and domain names may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or association without written permission.
Availability, links and liability
The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time. External websites, portals and payment services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediLink-Global is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point, subject to applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
